30-day return window
Contact [email protected] within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
Ordinary return condition
For change-of-mind returns, the jacket must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Please do not wash, alter or wear it before deciding to return it. These ordinary conditions do not prevent you from reporting a damaged, defective or incorrect item.
Authorization and return address

Return shipping and fees
We pay return shipping when the item is damaged, defective, incorrect or the return results from our error. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping to the authorized address in France. No restocking fee applies.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Email [email protected] with your order number and an explanation of the problem; photographs can help us review it. We will provide appropriate return and resolution instructions.
Refunds
Once a refund is approved, we initiate the return of funds to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. The time the credit appears depends on your payment provider.
